FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & Policies
Absolutely! We created this space for adults regardless of age, race, size, gender expression, and dis/ability. We will continue to build our Introductory classes for various styles.
I have never danced before, but am curious. Is this the place for me?
What level should I start with?
If you have any questions about what class level would be appropriate for you, feel free to contact us. We recommend trying a less advanced class first to gauge your comfort level and then consulting a teacher about other classes.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code. Wear whatever makes you comfortable and gives you room to move! You are welcome to come to class in sweatpants and a t-shirt, a leotard and pink tights, or anything in between. Our only advice is that you wear something that has the stretch and fit to accommodate your moving body all while feeling confident!

For shoes, most classes can be taken in socks until proper shoes are purchased. Please ask the instructor for recommendations on specific shoes they wish you to wear after attending your first class.
How do classes work?
Our studio is a drop-in style studio, meaning you are free to come and go as you need. We create our schedule on a trimester basis.
The schedule will change every 4 months - (Spring) January-April, (Summer) May-August, and (Fall) September-December.
What is the cost to take a class? Do you offer memberships?
We have our pricing information HERE. Classes are $20 each. Membership packages are offered in 5-Class, 10-Class, and 15-Class series.
